I'm not very good at this thing anymore - I guess at this point I want it to be even more for me [as opposed to whoever else looks at this] than before. After a successful voting outing [starts w/ an 'o' and ends with a 'bama' - roll tide] & a deloitte-sponsored thrashers game [free food + drinks] I feel that it's time to revisit last years resolutions, possibly make some for '08, and give a little forecast/update. Here we go: '07 resolutions - :: run a marathon - not much of a stretch, half marathon in march, full marathon tba [DEFEAT - I even paid for the memphis marathon but backed out after everyone else bailed and the combination of ridiculous summer temps in ga & 17+ mile runs [h2o @ fast food drive-thrus] broke my determination] [I might shoot for the memphis again this year after the ING half warm-up but I'm totally cool w/ waiting til I'm older [fewer cool things to do, drink, etc.] to worry about knocking out at full] :: learn to play an instrument - all the best/most versatile bands have keyboards... [DEFEAT - I'm beginning to believe that I will never learn to play an instrum...
