hardcore / stupid

- of montreal @ the 40 watt - my second bouncing, sweaty show of the week. such imagination on stage & 'hissing fauna' is absolutely beautiful/fun. i love pseudo-homosexual lead singers
- 1.5 hours of sleep
- 13.1 miles in 1:40:03 - def. satisfied w/ that, especially given my setbacks in training and recent escapades [even took down JB]. it was great to be a part of such a big event [15,000 runners] and to see all the fans, not to mention yelling as if i was a fan and high-fiving anyone that would have me for the majority of the race. nice course through various neighborhoods of atlanta. no beer sponsor...wtf?!
- brunch - bloody marys
- 1.5 hours of sleep
- softball practice - the coach has got to set a good example...

chill man, chill

[I haven't shaved since the first night of sxsw, I wonder how long I can hold out. Ha, I guess it's pretty easy when you don't have a real job, I def. look like an idiot though. A nice little experiment nonetheless.]

So I just found out that my 2nd ex-girlfriend is engaged to be married this summer. Wow, it's crazy how things happen and change so fast. It's also so weird how different people are depending on who they are dating at the time. It sounds like her ideal life though, so that's great. It's not a sad thing or anything, it's just crazy. Ha, I'm not sure what it is about dating me that makes a girl want to get married to the next guy she meets... that's all

this is my home

I've said it before and I'll say it again: atlanta is awesome. I spent the day [from nine to seven] at the inman park festival today...'working'. It's so cool so see such a diverse group of people come together and have some fun. The parade was great, everything from old people dressed up and dancing like they're on bad acid to grady high school's band doing the whole 'black band' drumcore [or whatever the name of that movie was] thing. Of course my signature luck had my allergies kicking my ass all day but I didn't let it ruin the fun too much. After about twenty minutes of lying in bed and a double shot of benadryl [I know it's a histamine blocker] and some rockstar [to counteract the anti-histamine side effect] it's time for dinner and whatever I can get into tonight. All this on less than four hours of sleep. I'm sitting at 44 hours worked this week, not even counting being at the festival tomorrow from 11-7. You know you...
