The follow-up interview w/ Paste today went really well - I should hear something by the end of the week. It would be tough to pass up the position at Fletcher Martin to intern at Paste but I guess we'll see what my options are at by Friday. Maybe I can work out some kind of freelance gig w/ Paste that I can fit in outside of a full-time job; although that would prob. mean that I'd have to cut a few other jobs out - small sacrifice.

It sucks not having anything, outside of a few commitments, that you have to do everyday. I think it sucks for the same reason that eternal life [physically] would : no urgency - anything that you could do today you can just as easily do tomorrow, for the most part at least. The best thing is being able to run + workout whenever I want to, but I'm pretty good about squeezing that stuff in even when I'm super busy - you know how I like it.

It was pretty cool delivering the Fox [Faux] News petition to Home Depot w/ some other Sierra Club members today. It's good to know that corporations still take notice of grass roots movements enough to send a few corporate folks down to meet us at the door. It was surprisingly empowering, even on such a small scale. People should believe in causes more passionately and make more effort to affect change in their environment - a group of people [small or large] def. have the power to make a difference.

- this is a pretty cool personality test...nice way to display the results

So I just found out that my 2nd ex-girlfriend is engaged to be married this summer. Wow, it's crazy how things happen and change so fast. It's also so weird how different people are depending on who they are dating at the time. It sounds like her ideal life though, so that's great. It's not a sad thing or anything, it's just crazy. Ha, I'm not sure what it is about dating me that makes a girl want to get married to the next guy she meets... that's all

I've said it before and I'll say it again: atlanta is awesome. I spent the day [from nine to seven] at the inman park festival today...'working'. It's so cool so see such a diverse group of people come together and have some fun. The parade was great, everything from old people dressed up and dancing like they're on bad acid to grady high school's band doing the whole 'black band' drumcore [or whatever the name of that movie was] thing. Of course my signature luck had my allergies kicking my ass all day but I didn't let it ruin the fun too much. After about twenty minutes of lying in bed and a double shot of benadryl [I know it's a histamine blocker] and some rockstar [to counteract the anti-histamine side effect] it's time for dinner and whatever I can get into tonight. All this on less than four hours of sleep. I'm sitting at 44 hours worked this week, not even counting being at the festival tomorrow from 11-7. You know you...
