1.8 - 4 - asics
1.9 - 7 - asics
- i need a new ironman
1.11 - 3 : 7.09 | 14.03 | 19.47 - b: 5.44 a: 6.35 - frees
- not bad for my first truly 'timed' run in months, the hills up north avenue make it tough to keep lap times consistent, just have to make up for the uphills w/ the down, new ironmans rock
1.12 - 6 : 40.01 - a: 6.67 - asics
- def. nice to see that my 5k pace translates pretty much straight over to my 10k
1.15 - 8 : 56.46 - a: 7.06 - asics
- not bad at all considering the wind, rain, and the buddy that I picked up for a little while before he dropped off, at this point I am def. shooting for a 90 min. half marathon [6.8 min/mile might be too much to ask for but we'll see
1.17 - 7 : 48.24 - a: 6.89 - frees
- that hurt on several different levels
1.22 - 3.1 : 6.16 | 12.53 | 19.10 - b: 6.16 a: 6.23 - asics
- 2nd best 5k time ever [19.01], my foot is hurt again, but not bad enough to totally halt training, I'll just have to run some shorter/less intense workouts for another week or so, more rest days in b/n so I can get back on track
1.23 - bike - 5.2 : 30.00 - a: 5.78 - frees
- man, that was boring as hell but I think I'll need to do some biking for a week or so to let my foot heal properly, pretty weird/sad that I run about as fast as I bike
1.30 - 3.8 - asics
- i didn't even take a watch so i wouldn't be tempted to push my foot, it felt alright until right at the end when i had to abruptly stop at a traffic light, it's a little sore now so it's def. not totally healed and i'm thinking i was pushing the distance limit for it in it's current state...it just felt so good to get back out there, esp. after the last week

The holidays were nice: This was def the weirdest/worst Christmas ever but still good times. Nanny's was different since it's hit the point where it seems like it's time for each 'family' to go their separate way now + w/ all the new little kids and the 20-somethings growing apart. I'm looking forward to having the Fuller Christmas in Charlotte next year. I do love getting more from Mom + Robert than any kid over 14 should - it's pretty awesome how much they've done + continue to do for us. I got to spend a few days w/ Brooke before taking her to the airport on Christmas eve - that was def the best part of the holidays by far. Dad and I got out and played some golf w/ DJ Sparkles as our personal caddy on an unbelievably beautiful day for late December [or April for that matter]. It wasn't hard to tell that it'd been months since I last touched a club. Grandma Salter's was different this year too; mainly b/c Mom + Robert left for Houston on th...

too much sex [too little jesus]

What an awesome title for a rock song. Man, I love dbt. They've got it all. It's just dirty, rowdy, heartfelt southern rock. Anyway... Mondays are weird. I always feel like a slacker b/c everyone else is at work and I'm not, even though I work Saturdays and I went into the shop for a few hours today and did some freelance stuff. I guess it's just me. Such beautiful weather, it seems like the weather's been pretty much awesome for the past month or so. Pretty good weekend. Friday night we checked out Front Page News in midtown. It was pretty cool, I just miss the good ol' days when everyone else would get a little crazy, seems like they're all so chill now. I guess that's how it is when you get in a relationship though, so that's good for them. I guess I feel like having a girlfriend doesn't really change the way I act that much, but maybe it does. I'll work on them though, now that even more of us are in the city. Saturday was an ...
