It's raining - woot woot

Yeager's b-party was good times: poker, thunderstorms, old friends, jaeger, rock band, zaxby's, beer pong, etc. - lowkey but nice.

Our little mini-vacation to Athens this past weekend was cool - the Hold Steady rocked it as usual and the alcohol was just as cheap as I remembered. A late night drunken Checkers run was just like college [we need to take a crew back to MoonDogs one weekend]. Brooke also got her first taste of the Varsity - I feel like a bad Atlantan [and even worse yellow jacket] for allowing Athens to be her inaugural experience.

I got the enviable task of interviewing Mr. Patterson Hood for a Performer article...and he's in Holland - it's just not the same via gmail/blackberry.

This weekend brings 'bossman's rowdy river retreat' - a weekend that is sure to go down in our crew's history. Hopefully we all make it back.

The holidays were nice: This was def the weirdest/worst Christmas ever but still good times. Nanny's was different since it's hit the point where it seems like it's time for each 'family' to go their separate way now + w/ all the new little kids and the 20-somethings growing apart. I'm looking forward to having the Fuller Christmas in Charlotte next year. I do love getting more from Mom + Robert than any kid over 14 should - it's pretty awesome how much they've done + continue to do for us. I got to spend a few days w/ Brooke before taking her to the airport on Christmas eve - that was def the best part of the holidays by far. Dad and I got out and played some golf w/ DJ Sparkles as our personal caddy on an unbelievably beautiful day for late December [or April for that matter]. It wasn't hard to tell that it'd been months since I last touched a club. Grandma Salter's was different this year too; mainly b/c Mom + Robert left for Houston on th...

too much sex [too little jesus]

What an awesome title for a rock song. Man, I love dbt. They've got it all. It's just dirty, rowdy, heartfelt southern rock. Anyway... Mondays are weird. I always feel like a slacker b/c everyone else is at work and I'm not, even though I work Saturdays and I went into the shop for a few hours today and did some freelance stuff. I guess it's just me. Such beautiful weather, it seems like the weather's been pretty much awesome for the past month or so. Pretty good weekend. Friday night we checked out Front Page News in midtown. It was pretty cool, I just miss the good ol' days when everyone else would get a little crazy, seems like they're all so chill now. I guess that's how it is when you get in a relationship though, so that's good for them. I guess I feel like having a girlfriend doesn't really change the way I act that much, but maybe it does. I'll work on them though, now that even more of us are in the city. Saturday was an ...
