2.5 - 3.8 : 24.33 - a: 6.46 - asics
- not horrible, the foot feels alright, just a weird heat sensation - but I've heard that bones feel like that when they're healing [this could all be in my head though], I really need to start increasing the mileage again soon w/o being an idiot if I want to be ready to kill the half marathon on 3.25
2.7 - 4.7 : 29.49 - a: 6.34 - asics
- not bad, I'm really ready to push the miles up, I hate having to restrain myself but I'll get there
2.11 - track work @ grady - 1.5 warm up : 4 sets of stadium stairs : 1 mile : 1.28 | 2.58 | 4.3 | 5.52 b: 1.22 a: 1.28 : 4 sets of stadium stairs : 1 mile : 1.23 | 2.58 | 4.29 | 5.53 b: 1.23 a: 1.28 : 4 sets of stadium stairs : 1.2 cool down - asics
- my calves are going to be happy tomorrow, today was the beautiful kind of day that makes you glad that your friend got everyone kicked out of the bar before midnight last night b/c you otherwise wouldn't have been able to enjoy such a great sunday
2.15 - 7.1 : out: 23.5 in: 47.23 - a: 6.40 - asics
- I'll take it, even w/ all the setbacks I should realistically be able to go for a 1.5 hour half marathon, I'm going to push my long runs up 2 miles each week until I get to race distance, my foot feels a little weird but there's no real pain, it's sort of make or break time at this point
2.19 - 8.5 : 56.57 - a: 6.42 - asics
- I was originally shooting for ten tonight [a bit much I know] but I pulled it back b/c I started to get worried about my foot, I'd rather not be able to run far enough in training and hurt it in the race than to hurt it now and not be able to race, if it's fine tomorrow then I'll def. go for ten w/n the next few days, it just gets this really weird heat sensation as I run

The holidays were nice: This was def the weirdest/worst Christmas ever but still good times. Nanny's was different since it's hit the point where it seems like it's time for each 'family' to go their separate way now + w/ all the new little kids and the 20-somethings growing apart. I'm looking forward to having the Fuller Christmas in Charlotte next year. I do love getting more from Mom + Robert than any kid over 14 should - it's pretty awesome how much they've done + continue to do for us. I got to spend a few days w/ Brooke before taking her to the airport on Christmas eve - that was def the best part of the holidays by far. Dad and I got out and played some golf w/ DJ Sparkles as our personal caddy on an unbelievably beautiful day for late December [or April for that matter]. It wasn't hard to tell that it'd been months since I last touched a club. Grandma Salter's was different this year too; mainly b/c Mom + Robert left for Houston on th...

too much sex [too little jesus]

What an awesome title for a rock song. Man, I love dbt. They've got it all. It's just dirty, rowdy, heartfelt southern rock. Anyway... Mondays are weird. I always feel like a slacker b/c everyone else is at work and I'm not, even though I work Saturdays and I went into the shop for a few hours today and did some freelance stuff. I guess it's just me. Such beautiful weather, it seems like the weather's been pretty much awesome for the past month or so. Pretty good weekend. Friday night we checked out Front Page News in midtown. It was pretty cool, I just miss the good ol' days when everyone else would get a little crazy, seems like they're all so chill now. I guess that's how it is when you get in a relationship though, so that's good for them. I guess I feel like having a girlfriend doesn't really change the way I act that much, but maybe it does. I'll work on them though, now that even more of us are in the city. Saturday was an ...
